SUMMARY:Blacksmithing: Tomahawk
DESCRIPTION:Join us to create a style of tomahawk deeply rooted in American history. \n\n\n\nStudents  will  utilize key blacksmithing  fundamentals along with basic fabrication.  After the essential shape is formed and folded over mandrel  students will learn to grind\, harden and temper the piece to make a fully functional Tomahawk with handle included. \n\n\n\nBeginners are welcome\, no previous blacksmithing experience is required! \n\n\n\nStudents are exposed to hot steel emitting sparks while hammered.  Please wear protective clothing to cover your arms and legs.  Closed-toed shoes are required.  Gloves and safety glasses are provided. \n\n\n\n\nStudents ages 14-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian also enrolled in the class.\n\n\n\nThere is a maximum of 6 people per class.  Class will only be held if there are 2 or more attendants\, we will move tickets to a future class date if attendance requirement is not met.\n\n\n\n\nInstructional Fees $175.00Material & Supplies $39 \n\n\n\nTotal Price including sales tax  $217.51 \n\n\n\nInstructor Recommendation for next course to try: PATCH KNIFE
